5. Tooth root strengthening
The bending strength of the gear has a lot to do with the surface condition of the tooth root, especially the surface of the tooth root part of the carburizing quenching gear has defects such as decarburization layer, which is difficult to ensure the residual pressure, so the root bending fatigue strength is reduced, so root strengthening measures are taken to improve the fatigue strength.
6. Increase the width of the teeth
When the outer diameter of the planetary reducer transmission remains unchanged, the internal gear width can be appropriately increased to effectively increase the bearing capacity of the gear.
7. Increase the gear modulus and tooth angle
The outer diameter size of the planetary reducer remains unchanged, and the bearing capacity needs to be increased, so it can be met by reasonably increasing the gear modulus and reducing the number of gear teeth.
