Components of Harmonic Drive Reducer

Wave Generator

The wave generator is a key component that drives the motion of a harmonic gearbox. It consists of a specially designed ball bearing fitted onto an elliptical hub. When connected to the motor shaft, it acts as a high-efficiency torque converter, shaping the movement of the gearbox.

Flexspline

The flexspline is a lightweight, cylindrical component made from high-strength alloy steel.
