In this April 2025, Kunshan Devotec Automation already attended CIMT Beijing 2025 on April 21st-26th, another one of the top four biggest Machine Tools exhibition in the world, so many visitors and friends visiting our booth, which was very successful for us. The total number of attendances by person was 345864, an increase of 42.77% compared to CIMT2023; among them, the total number of visitor entering the venue was 211993, an increase of 36.81% compared to CIMT2023, which was amazing. Kunshan Devotec Automation Co., Ltd. was established in 2012, but its origins trace back to an initial investment by the German company WMH HERION in 2007. Since then, we have accumulated extensive experience in engineering, manufacturing, and quality control. As a specialist in drive technology, Kunshan Devotec Automation focuses on the production of high-precision gear racks, gears, pinions, gearboxes, linear guideways, and other linear transmission components. The company also serves as a partner for several European manufacturers in China, including milling head, Graessner gearbox, and Hönger Micro linear guideway, providing localized sales and after-sales services.
The company has a factory about 5000㎡, nearly all manufacturing processes are conducted in-house, allowing us to maintain strict control over product quality and delivery schedules. This is made possible through significant investments in advanced machinery, such as machining centers, surface grinding machines, milling machines, straightening machines, and most importantly, high-precision rack milling and grinding machines imported from Germany-KESEL and HABRAMA, among the best in the world. Additionally, we operate our own heat treatment facility equipped with induction-hardening machines, quenching and tempering machines, and case-hardening equipment.
To ensure consistent high-quality standards and precision up to DIN5 and DIN4 levels, we have invested heavily in high-accuracy inspection and testing equipment, including coordinate measuring machines (CMM), spectrometers, and flaw detectors.
