TO Series-Roller Linear Slides

The TO series linear slides replace the steel balls with roller-type rolling elements, designed for ultra-high rigidity and heavy-duty load. The rolling elements are in line contact with the slide rails and the sliders, so that the rolling elements are subjected to high loads. Only a small amount of elastic deformation is formed, and the design of the contact angle of 45 degrees allows the overall linear slide rail to achieve the characteristics of four-direction equal rigidity and high load capacity. Through the realization of ultra-high rigidity, the machining accuracy can be greatly improved and the requirements of high precision can be achieved; and the service life of the linear slide rail can be prolonged due to the characteristics of the super heavy load. Ideal for high speed automation industrial machinery and equipment with high rigidity requirements.

 

Optimized design

The reflow module of the TO series linear slides has been patented in many countries, ensuring that the roller-type rolling elements can smoothly roll infinitely. The structural stress analysis is carried out by using the advanced and finite element method to obtain the optimal design of the slider and slide structure.

 

Ultra-high rigidity in all four directions

The TO series linear slides replace the balls with roller-type rolling elements.

By the line contact between the rollers and the slide rails and the sliders, the rollers only form a small amount of elastic deformation when subjected

to high load, which not only greatly enhances the linear slip. The rigidity of the rail can maintain high precision machining. The picture on the right

shows the rigid behavior of equal volumes of balls and rollers.

Both directions have heavy load capacity

The TO series linear slides are available in a DB(45°-45°) combination that can withstand loads inthe up and down and left and right directions,allowing the linear slides to have an extremely high load capacity. Under the same workload requirements, the TO rail can have a smaller volume than the ball type rail, and can even withstand high loads.

Extend your life

The TO series linear slides are based on the ISO specification (ISO14728-1) to establish the basic dynamic load rating, which is calculated based on the rated life of 100 km. The life of a linear slide will vary depending on the actual load. The life of the roller-type linear slide can be calculated based on the basic dynamic load rating and working load of the linear slide.

According to the basic dynamic load rating, pre-pressure and working load of TOU35B, the life value is calculated to be 1000 km. After the test piece was run for 1135 km, no peeling of the fish scales occurred on the sur face of the bead and the surface of the roller.
